By visiting brightpathkidsco.com, purchasing our curriculum, or otherwise using anything we make ("the Site," "our materials," "BrightPath Kids"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or purchase our products. We may update these terms from time to time β see Section 14 for how we handle that.
These terms are between you and BrightPath Kids Co ("we," "us," "our"), operated by [legal business name / sole proprietor name], based in [city/province, Philippines].
BrightPath Kids Co creates printable life skills materials for parents to use at home with their children. Our flagship product is a 12-month printable life skills curriculum, delivered as a downloadable digital file.
Our materials are designed as a home practice companion β they're not a substitute for professional educational, medical, developmental, or therapeutic services. See Section 10 for more on this.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from us. If you're browsing or downloading materials on behalf of a school, clinic, or organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
You're responsible for keeping any login details, download links, or receipts you receive from us secure, and for all activity that happens using them.
Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (β±) unless stated otherwise, and are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (which may include GCash, cards, and online banking via our payment partners).
Our curriculum is delivered digitally β there is no physical shipment. After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive access via email, typically within [X minutes/hours]. It's your responsibility to provide an accurate email address and to check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
If you don't receive your materials within 24 hours of payment, contact us at the email in Section 16 and we'll sort it out.
When you purchase our curriculum, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:
This license does not transfer ownership of the materials to you β we retain full ownership and copyright. See Section 7 for what's off-limits.
To keep this fair for everyone (including the families who paid full price), you agree not to:
If we find your license is being used this way, we may suspend your access and pursue the matter under applicable copyright law.
Because our curriculum is a digital product delivered instantly, we generally don't offer refunds once the download link has been sent β this is standard practice for digital goods and helps protect the value of the materials for everyone who's purchased.
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or never received your materials, contact us β we'll make it right.
Everything on the Site and in our materials β the curriculum content, worksheets, illustrations, layouts, copy, logo, and the BrightPath Kids name β is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these terms gives you rights to our brand or IP beyond the personal-use license in Section 6.
Our curriculum is intended as a general life skills resource for use at home. It is not a medical, psychological, developmental, or therapeutic assessment or treatment, and it's not designed to diagnose or address any specific learning difference, disability, or condition.
If your child is receiving professional educational, medical, or therapeutic support, our materials are meant to complement β not replace β that guidance. Always follow the advice of your child's qualified provider, especially if any activity in our materials doesn't seem to fit your child's needs.
We work hard to make sure our materials are useful, accurate, and age-appropriate, but we provide them "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrightPath Kids Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our materials, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited under Philippine law.
How we collect, use, and protect your information β including payment and contact details collected at checkout β is covered in our [Privacy Policy β link here], which forms part of these Terms of Use.
Our checkout, payment processing, and email delivery are handled by third-party providers (such as our payment gateway and email platform). We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service linked from ours.
We may update these Terms of Use as our products or policies evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the Site or our materials after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be handled in the courts of [your city/province], Philippines.
We're happy to clarify anything before or after you purchase.
